Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return the returned product must be in its original condition which is resalable in order to qualify for a full refund. Products which have been opened are not eligible under Havilah's return policy due to hygiene reasons. No exceptions.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and reference number.
Please note that any original shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not cover any costs for handling charges or return shipping.

If your return is accepted, please retain proof of postage of the item back to us. Upon receipt of the item , refunds will normally be processed with in 14 working days, less the shipping fee and a refund admin. fee which is lesser of £5 or 10% of the order value.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will be offered a replacement, partial refund or full refund depending on the nature of damage. Please email a photo of the damage along with your claim.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Want to change an address or place your order on hold?
All orders are final and cannot be cancelled or amended after payment as the fulfilment process begins almost immediately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
